Unfortunately most vintage Vandersteens need to be refoamed.............Then you have to worry if the job was done right.
Except for that they were awesome speakers. -
I have the 2CE version. Nice sounding speakers and a def. different flavor to my SDA's. Great for classical music but in my system for rock a sub would be nice.Yep, my name really is Bob.

^^^ Thanks, I honestly wouldn't know what to do with them. But I hate to pass up something that's possibly real good. I'm not thinking of making large holes in my ceilings and crawling in an attic with 20" of insulation. So 18 days on CL must mean others have no use for them either. They were probably in an office.
