It was really uncanny. I had to do a double take when we drove by. We stopped, and the Mrs took this picture. At first I though she was in trouble (sick) but when we returned she was gone. Thank goodness!

And as many as 6 in the winter. Things start getting a little too cozy at that level of fluff.

He could've drilled *more* holes in the bottom. :-)
It appears not level in the front. Missing/mismatched foot?

Asked the seller for more info and this is what they sent me:

"Thank you for your note. The preamp is, indeed, an original design and hand made by the designer. It is a very elegant design in its simplicity. As you can see from the photos the tube complement chosen for the design avoids the use of the commonly used 12AX7 and or 12AU7. Instead, the design uses NOS Tungsol 6SN7GT/VT-231 and 12SL7GT/VT-289 for superior clarity and resolution. They are also much more quiet than the usual small signal tubes mentioned above. Before shipping to the buyer, will have the unit completely checked to make sure the unit will perform as per spec. The unit sounds marvelous. Used it sparingly in a second more intimate system. The midrange is holographic, the bass is clear and natural and powerful. The highs are feathery and delicate with that ease of sound music has in real life. It will also go fully guaranteed with free shipping domestic US.

    Thank you for your interest."

    Thanks Drew.

This rack is well made for sure!
The glass shelves weigh a ton on this. Especially the top one. :o
The joints are connected by heavy-duty allen screws!

I picked my first one up off the side of the road. Somebody tried to put one together, right after Christmas it was, and attached one leg upside down. LOL, There's a little tag on the front posts that say TOP^ on each one, at their tops on the inside. I guess the person got flustered within 5 minutes and put the box, parts, shelves( still wraped in packing paper too) and INSTRUCTIONS out on the roadside. It was from a beachfront house too. I had a couple of co-workers that wanted to pay me $$ for that first one. I had to place it at my car so everybody saw it that afternoon while I made more deliveries.

Just one of those stuck of luck and fate moments. :DB)

He used to stick his whole head into the dog's mouth, and the dog would suck on it until it was soaking wet, then the cat would pull his head out and shake it, then stick it back in over and over again. They were big pals for about 3 years, until the cat bit Gus in the balls pretty badly, by accident, and for the rest of Gus's life, he was terrified of Orville. Orville knew it and would trap Gus in a corner, make all kinds of odd noises, and start slapping him across the face. Gus would never hurt Orville, but a couple of times we were scared he would, as he would start gently snapping at Orville, and eventually work his way up to the point the sound of him closing his mouth made us cringe. Orville would duck and weave and just keep clear of Gus's huge mouth. For 11 more years, Orville terrorized Gus, and when Gus died, Satan, in Orville's opinion, himself arrived in a 12 pound package.

I'm not really sure what I think of this.

A Minnesota woman's children wrote a brutal obituary for her. (Redwood Falls Gazette)
Children's brutal obit for their mom goes viral. "She will not be missed," reads a line in the obituary for Kathleen Dehmlow, who abandoned her children after becoming pregnant by her husband's brother.
