Gonna listen to my newly received copy of the 1017 remastered 50th Anniversary 2 SACD (mono and stereo) version on Thursday (next time I can listen).
Another great choice for an album Don.
Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."![:\](https://forum.polkaudio.com/resources/emoji/confused.png ":\")
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....
"Green leaves reveal the heart spoken Khatru"- Jon Anderson
"Have A Little Faith! And Everything You'll Face, Will Jump From Out Right On Into Place! Yeah! Take A Little Time! And Everything You'll Find, Will Move From Gloom Right On Into Shine!"- Arthur Lee -

It's a tough choice, but I think this is the best TYA album. Great choice!

I love me some Uriah Heep!
I have that same cover with a gatefold. (see image below) And as much as I love David Byron's voice on that song (as well as Ken's), I prefer U.F.O.'s version from their first album. Mick Bolton's wah-pedal solo would give Clapton a stiffy. HAHAHAHA And Phil Mogg's vocals are both haunting and ethereal.

Viking64: yeah, gatefold. I also liked Uriah Heap from the start.

Fair warning to anyone who hasn't ever heard drum n bass before, your speakers and subs are about to be in for a serious workout. -

Dire Straits - Self titled debut album 1978
@Gerres26 - thanks... This is the first album played here on the Technics.
ETA: I get a kick out of "Sultans of Swing" being a b-side track... given it's popularity and the the only one you ever hear on the radio. -
