Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....
"Green leaves reveal the heart spoken Khatru"- Jon Anderson
"Have A Little Faith! And Everything You'll Face, Will Jump From Out Right On Into Place! Yeah! Take A Little Time! And Everything You'll Find, Will Move From Gloom Right On Into Shine!"- Arthur Lee -
I am definitely listening to this one (Japanese Mini-LP):
This Mortal Coil - It'll End In Tears

No, I'm still in the same house. I had my stereo set up where I store my records. I was building a dedicated listening room in the basement but I'm slow and it took me 2+ years to complete. My room turned out great. Here's a pic of where it used to be now with more LP storage added.

Very cool, some room for the big speakers to breathe. Do they sound better now?
Don't be embarrassed by your modest record collection. You'll get there one day.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.

Thanks LOL I'll keep working on my record collection
Yes the system sounds so much better in here. I added 2 corner bass traps and 4
2'x4' DIY sound panels.
I took my sons old bedroom and turned into a second listening room. There I have my newly acquired Polk SDA CRS and Denon DP-47f turntable. Needless to say I'm having a ton of fun in Land Of Pumpkins
