Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

Not doing well, baby Emma is sick. And it's not something that's easy to treat.

Very unfortunate, but hopefully she gets better.

It's hard, when you're a dad - you feel vulnerable and you realize that your kids are your kryptonite.

I feel very sad, and I hope Emma gets better.

    Thanks guys. 3icduclp1epx.jpg

    Joey,

You and your wife should be very proud parents of such a beautiful young lady. Melts my heard just to see her photos. Prayers for her buddy...

    Thanks man...

    Thanks guys.

This is what I'm faced with.

If Emma doesn't improve, they will hospitalize her probably for a month and see.

If she improves then we stay the course as per usual and she gets to stay home with her toys.

If she shows marked improvement and back to her old self, we will continue our plans for the Disneyworld trip this Saturday... Problem is I have till 11pm tonight to cancel and after that I face charges

I am hopeful and positive thinking, praying as well.

She showed some improvement late last night and this morning... I hope it continues.

I have a very strong wife... I get palpitations if I'm alone with Emma.

Yeah I don't care for the money. I'll take the hit 10x or 100x, as long as Emma's better, I would not have a problem with it

She likes Mickey and Donald Duck... So I really want her to see it for herself

Thank you all... Hopefully In a couple days we will have improvement.

I have made an executive decision to not cancel Disney at the time limit as of 8 minutes ago. I know they will ream me for charges if I cancel between now and Saturday but I wanna give this kid a fighting chance. Even if we don't do so much, I think it would be a nice break for her.

I'm not going to push it though, I'd rather be at home if she's unwell. But in the small chance she makes a recovery, we are going.

I told her and my wife, if we are wrong and have to cancel the trip... Don't worry, dad will figure out a way.

    Maybe sell the boulder haha

Have you checked into if Disney has a policy that if there is a documented illness, you can get out of cancelation fees?

It would not look so hot for Disney if they stick it to parents trying to do whats right for their sick kid...

If they say no right off the bat, go up the line and get NAMES. Nobody wants their name attached to that story if it gets into the wrong hands. I'm certain it's not the image Disney's executives want portrayed.
