    I might be getting the city confused with Harlan from the TV show Justified. That's close to my neck of the woods and is nothing like it is portrayed on the show. But you've got to love a U.S. Marshal that shoots someone in every episode. It makes for a good drinking game...every time he shoots someone, take a drink!
