Which sub are you getting again? Is it going to be a 8 ohm load? If so look for a amp you can bridge for more power.

Craigslist global HT system of the day. If all could be purchased in the same place would make for a very nice HT for about $2850..before bargaining. Just find a deal on a Crown, QSC, Behringer, Peavy, etc. pro amp for the Epik subs to by-pass the oem amps all together....and this one should rock the house!

Yes, it plays DVD-Audio and SACD's. I used to own the newer DV-79AVi, and it was a fantastic player.
Actually, if it is still available tomorrow, I may just drive up there to get it. It is worth way more than the $15 + roughly $30 in gas it would take to drive up and back.
Edit: I just emailed the guy to see if it was still available. Hard for me to believe he posted it over 7 hours ago in a large city, and it hasn't sold yet.

To anyone checking these subs out, just a heads up. Many___ of these Epik Legend subs had a problem with the plate amp running very hot and eventually failing completely, some after only a few months , and now Chad is shutting down Epik subwoofers and hasn't been able to honor any warranties on these amps. I don't believe Chad has any replacement amps left for the Legend subs either.
