    Holy crap! That's enough to make me want to upgrade my 1.2TL's to a second set of binding posts and sell my cable. That would be a significant chunk of the posts and wiring.

    Man I have wanted a pair of these for a while. Cannot find any close enough to me to get. It just so happens that my daughter drove to Dallas to visit some friends this week...but my wife's transmission went out last week and we have no extra cash currently. Maybe I'm just not supposed to have a pair.

    He also did very well with his stock set of 2.3tl's on ebay. He ended up getting $1400.00........ apparently without the cable.

    Here is an update on this auction.
    I had asked them to send me picture of the fronts with the grille off.
    There is 4 MW and 2 SL-2000 so they are SDA SRS 2 of the 4TH generation, they are pin/blade.
    They are checking into shipping them to my local Pearland Store.
    $500 is a little high but they could be a tax write off and they appear in good shape.

    Good sounding speakers with those Peerless tweeters. Maybe the price is that high because they are "Pioneer Polk" speakers. :confused:

    If I still lived in Grand Rapids I would be checking those out for sure. Things like that hardly ever came up there. Guess it just shows you never know where these things will turn up.

    Yup, those puppies belong to me, along with the blue Jeep (an 87 YJ with a 350 Chevy in it) and they have been stashed in my garage.     I'm surprised no one has bought the 1.2 TL's from you yet. Not sure if editing your CL title to say 1.2TL's instead of 1.2's would bring more attention to buyers but $1000 bucks for 1.2 TL's is a great deal!
