    For someone looking to step up their 2 channel or even their 5.1 this would do it. No auto calibration but its got balanced in and out and I bet sounds VERY darned good for stereo!

    It's a great place for decent gear if you don't want to pay retail. I purchased an Onkyo NR807 there a few years back and it worked out marvelously.

I coveted the rig, but the size of the amp and the size of the SDA SRSs made it out of bounds for my wife and me at that point in our lives. So, we walked out of the store with a Perreaux SA33 preamp, PMF2350 amp, and a pair of Polk Audio 1Cs -- all of which are still in my hands and still functioning. I still covet the PMF5550, but it makes no sense now, given my other electronics.
