A set of the big ones in WA, but he says "I will deliver any where in Washington, North and East Oregon or Idaho"...

Someone's selling a lot of 3 sets of speakers for $95. Cruddy pictures, but looks like it includes CRSs. I'm in San Antonio for a while but don't have time to check them out.

:frown:
Agreed, unless you REALLY like purple. I suppose a coat of paint would cure that though. It's also possible that the sides/top/bottom aren't purple (so it's just an accent), but it's tough telling from the pictures.
It could be worthwhile for parts, if you could get him down on the price a little... -

it looks like someone put a boot through the back on one of the speakers, and he acts like the 2' crack is cosmetic

It's unclear if you would be bidding on one or two speakers. $1,500 for a single, damaged 1.2TL, GTFOOH.Here is someone in Palmdale, CA selling a damaged pair of 1.2TLs:

The real question here is, now that he calls the scratch on the back a crack, what was done to the speaker to cause such a crack. It really had to be gorilla handled to cause a crack like that and I would suspect there is more damage than just what is seen.
You said it Mike . . . GTFOOH!

Some 1.2t TLs in Cleveland, plus the rest of his system:
http://cleveland.craigslist.org/ele/2092884871.html
Too bad he didn't know how to set them up properly. I'm realtively new to the SDA scene, and I know enough not to have any toe-in on the speakers! Sheesh!
(No affil, obviously.) -

Yeah, I saw this add, and I am near by. Haven't called yet.....debating whether to try and talk him out of the speakers or just buy it all and part it out. I really only want the 1.2's -

Hahaha! One of the very first things the instruction manual addresses is NO TOE IN!
I thought he was asking $3500 for the 1.2 TLs but upon further review I see he's got the whole shabang up for that price. -
