Agreed, unless you REALLY like purple. :rolleyes: I suppose a coat of paint would cure that though. It's also possible that the sides/top/bottom aren't purple (so it's just an accent), but it's tough telling from the pictures.
It could be worthwhile for parts, if you could get him down on the price a little... -

it looks like someone put a boot through the back on one of the speakers, and he acts like the 2' crack is cosmetic design is where science and art break even. -

The real question here is, now that he calls the scratch on the back a crack, what was done to the speaker to cause such a crack. It really had to be gorilla handled to cause a crack like that and I would suspect there is more damage than just what is seen.

Yeah, I saw this add, and I am near by. Haven't called yet.....debating whether to try and talk him out of the speakers or just buy it all and part it out. I really only want the 1.2's -

Hahaha! One of the very first things the instruction manual addresses is NO TOE IN!
I thought he was asking $3500 for the 1.2 TLs but upon further review I see he's got the whole shabang up for that price. -
