Hey guys,
Just curious , what went on with the psw1000 that it no longer exists in the line up? I know new LSi speakers are coming out or are out but what happened with the PSW1000? When I worked for a LSI dealer , we had the 1000 and then it was gone. We sold Velodyne and Martin Logan subs with LSI speakers.

So what happened with it?
Dan

No, I believe the 1000 was troublesome.

Thought they reworked the psw1000's. The old ones had amp problems correct?

The LSiW had amp problems. The PSW1000 replaced it and was fine. Not sure why it was discontinued. Probably the new Micropro line.

yep. There are now replacement amps you can buy straight from Polk and I think they cost around 250 or so are are to be better and not have the problems as the others had.

Tweeter was clearing them out before I bought my RTis in 2008.

The micropro's are a big step up from the 1000. Glad Polk is headed in the right direction.
