TAD speakers are a Chinese brand, IIRC. Ricardo had a pair of the bookies at the Bloomington PF in '07 and they sounded alright. Nothing to write home about but certainly worth the low cost and still sounded better than anything BB carries.

Apparently CA is discontinuing the 640c v2 because they think it sounds too crappy, and are releasing a 650c to replace it. Looks like a good deal on something which will hold it's value for a year or two. -
