Polk LSi7 speakers with cherry sides. Just have too many speakers and these don't do much for me. I like tubes and imagine these would sound much better with a good amount solid state power thrown at them. $50 bucks gets them.

Thanks for the tip, Matt. Maybe you or someone can answer some questions I have:
The manual for the SDA II calls for a common ground amp. My amp is a Parasound HCA-1000A. There is nothing in the manual or on the case that says whether it is one or the other.
Secondly, I will have some difficulty keeping the speakers 3 feet from the side walls, given other furniture/door/window placement issues.

I'm sorry, can't speak intelligently about the common ground requirement. I'm sure someone will be able to answer your question shortly. BTW- I went ahead and bid the minimum on those speakers after I posted the link and am now the proud owner of some SDA II.:D

Awesome deal!! I just ordered 14 pairs of them. I'm only running a 5.1 setup right now, so I'll only need 10 pairs. I figure I'll move to 7.1 eventually though, so at that price I can afford to pick up some extras for when I make that jump.

    Thanks for the heads up!:D

You dont need to solder, there is a nice video on monoprice how to use the Banana plug, quite helpful
