Projected amount of snow for pittsburgh was 6-10". Actual amount, 22" (as of now still snowing)

This is the first I can ever remember the forecaster's estimates were significally lower then what really fell. Usually they scare the hell out of us saying 12" of snow and we end up getting 2.

Dee, nice pics. I like your neighborhood, it feels like where we live in the Chicago area..... Good luck with all that snow and runoff when it melts.

We have @ 28 inches or so. It is a PITA. I am down to blacktop now. You just have to be careful and look both way so you don't get hit by a X country skier at the end of the driveway.

I noticed the same thing at my house between the house and the shed---must have been a mean breeze through there. I couldn't believe I was actually seeing grass. Crazy.

I just got done about 3.5-4 hours of snow throwing and the snow has tapered off here. My measurements are consistent at 20" in open flat areas.

    Uploading pics shortly....

There is about 25 honest inches on my front lawn. Undrifited. The jerkoff plow driver literally plowed snow right up on my truck. Took 4.5 hours of digging to get it out.

Think I'm gonna go to the car show in Philly tonight. Should nice and not crowded.
