That's just unreal..being born and raised in Los Angeles we of course never see anything like that. We've had about 1 1/2 inches of rain the last couple of days and all of the local news stations have us on "storm watch". lol

Yep, however my front and back lawns are atleast thigh deep and can't see green anywhere in the neighborhood.

We had to dig out an area in the back yard for the pooch to do his business cause he disappears in the snow and he is not a little dog.

I didn't take pictures because I don't want to remember this. We got two feet here in Camden County NJ. I used the snow blower 3 times, and it's still a huge mess. I'm just glad I didn't have to shovel. I'm going to take a hot bath and early bed tonight!

Today sucked from one end to the other. I don't know how many inches we got, but every one was a mother. I heard some **** about second highest snowfall in area history. That would put January '96 squarely on top. I didn't have a blower then, and shoveled for two straight days, breaking only for food and sleep. That was 30" or so.

We got hammered. There was 21" to 23" at various points in my driveway. Place in my backyard have drifts of 3 feet. No pictures, I loaned my camera to my son. The sun was out for a lot of the afternoon. My driveway is down to concrete in many areas. The snow plow came through an hour ago and put a 3 foot deep wall of snow in front of my driveway. I'm not going anywhere for a while.

I know! I'm in Central PA, so I guess it just didn't come inland enough. Kind of like the hurricanes that come up in warmer weather. We get a bit of rain, but nothing bad.

Good luck buddy. It took me three hours to do my driveway and it only suppose to hold two cars. By the time I got to the road it was nearly to my waist. Much heavier too since the salt makes the snow slushy. So much for 6" of snow huh
