I just bought these speakers a few weeks ago to finish off my LSI 7.1 setup. But I decided to upgrade to the new Platine Noiree 7.1 by Earthquake sound a few days before these speakers even arrived. So needless to say I am selling them. I have not registered them with Polk so you do get the full warranty. The warranty card is still sealed up in the plastic bag it came in along with some other stuff. I did open the right speaker box only, upon arrival to check for shipping mishandles and it was flawless. I put a pic below and I do have plenty more if requested.

So, again this is a pair of new, unplayed LSI15's and the price is $975. with free shipping. I have already taken pictures of them so please feel free to ask and I will email them over.

I will only accept Money Order or Check as forms of payment.
Sorry I don't have a paypal account.

You can post pics by clicking on "Browse" near the left bottom of the page. That will get you into your photo selection. Do not preview your post or you will lose the pic. That's a good deal for the speakers, I'm sure you won't have a problem selling them.

Here is a pic thanks to F1nut. I obviously have a cheap camera so, sorry it's of such disgraceful quality. Especially with these beautiful speakers. The speaker pictured is the Right channel speaker, I haven't taken the Left one out of the box. The paper on top of the grill is the warranty card and some other assorted things Polk packaged in with it. It is sealed.
And I do have a few more pics if needed.

eulogyt00l... sorry to derail here for a minute, but I thought you'd find this funny. I really liked your sig, so I sent it on to my wife earlier this week. We're both big fans of Fight Club.

She in turn emailed back saying how much she liked it, and wanted to tell her sister (they've had good/ bad times with their father... you know how it goes).

She and her sister get in a twit about their Dad not coming to our place in the 8 years since our wedding (about 500 miles, we've been there about 5 times), and hasn't seen our 4 month old daughter. Her sister calls their Dad, and gives him the riot act about not coming. 15 minutes later he calls my wife saying he's coming this weekend.

Funny chain of events, and I'm stoked because he's a partier, going to be a 3 day weekend! Thank you! :)

BTW: Does your sign-on name have anything to do with the Tool song from Aenima? Just curious. Good luck on the sale, I think they'll go quick.

Ahhh a fellow Fight Club and TooL fan. I love it! :)
TooL is my absolute favorite band so yes my screen name is after Eulogy on the Aenima CD. It's one of my favorite songs by TooL.

    That is funny Dylan.
It seems like the smallest things can start a pretty big chain of events. It's cool that you will be getting a guys night out. (I haven't had one in awhile.) So have Fun.

I saw Tool the night before a pharmaceutics test. It was by far the best concert I have ever been to. It was amazing. They are incredible live, and they put on a really nice show for little old Spokane. I also aced the test. What a night.

Where did you buy them from and what color are they?

I'm here in NOLA so shipping shouldn't be bad. Honestly I don't need these things, as I have the full RTi line but these are at a really good deal, you may be able to twist my arm and get me to take them off your hands if I approve of the paper trail.

TonyPTX They are Cherry (the light wood) color and I bought them from Sound Distributors off the internet. They are authorized dealers and the speakers do come with the serial numbers on them so you will get the warranty.
I would like to add that these are some of the most attractive speakers I have ever seen. They look infinite times better than my fuzzy pic shows. You won't be sorry if you decide to get them.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that Sound Distributors wasn't an authorized dealer. Don't they take the Polk s/n's off and replaces the black Polk seral number sticker with their own white serial number which means that you'd have to go through S.D. to have any sort of warranty work done?

I have purchased one time from Acoustic sound design and since sold the Rti28's i had from them to upgrade, however this is what they sent me when i aquired about the warranty, its long but straight from the horses mouth,

The problem is the manufacturers DO NOT tell the consumer that
"authorized" dealers on line are practically non-existent. Therefore, you
search and get lied to. We have one of the best rated warranties on the web-
If the following does not convince you, purchase an extended warranty from http://www.vacservice.com/index2.html-the oldest and most reliable warranty service company in America.
They have 52000 service centers in North America, and you will still save
$$$$ from not buying at your local home theater store.
    READ ON:
Everything we sell is brand new in the box. It has all the
manufacturer warranties. No web site is authorized to sell home theater
products. This is a scare tactic many manufacturers use so customers
will pay full retail for their products. If the product becomes defective in
the first 30 days you can ship it back to us for replacement. After the
30 day period you can use the manufacturer warranty. If your product
becomes defective and a local service center refuses to honor the
warranty (this has never happened) you can send it back to us and we
will get it repaired or replaced by the authorized dealer we purchased it
from. When you want to sell electronics in a store, you MUST be authorized by the
manufacturers (and if its not the "law" then at least its impractical not to
be a licensed dealer). When you are "licensed" that means you must abide by
the manufacturers rules. One of the main rules is that you can never go
below "x%" of what it cost to acquire the product.

Because acousticsounddesign is not a licensed dealer, they do not have to
abide by these rules. The only negative is that the manufacturer may not
honor the warranty when you buy from an unlicensed dealer. HOWEVER,
acousticsounddesign DOES HONOR the warranty. You can learn more here:
    http://www.acousticsounddesign.com/index.cfm?Fuseaction=po&p=r

If you have any questions about the veracity of the warranty, the products,
the customer service, basically anything, just visit any of the following
forums. There are a ton of comments by people who have bought from
    Acoustic.

and they are certified by BizRate:

    about particular products.

Sorry this is so long, just wanted to get you all the pertinent info. If
you have any technical questions just let me know.

I hope this has helped you to understand that you will never get
    stuck with product from us.

You are correct about them not being an authorized dealer and they do in fact use their own serial number stickers/tags. I had a problem with one of my drivers so I contacted them and they swapped drivers with me. No problem!

Crutchfield is definetly authorized. That is funny how the ad states the comment about NO online service is authroized. It is just a atypical Ebay comment, trying to glamourize its product.

But it is a great price, and obviously a great product. I don't buy anything over $200 from Ebay unless protected in some way after purchase. And not that Paypal crap!
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Listen up guys.

At this price, from a fellow forum member, a STEAL. On ebay, you'd have to drop at least $100 more - PLUS shipping, and never even have shared a post with the seller.

Next, if the speaker works, there are VERY few reasons, and little chance they will EVER fail, short of abuse. I've been a Polk owner for a LONG time, and even if SOMETHING did happen down the road, a private email to Polk would more than likely take care of EVERYTHING.

Will Polk admit that they will service/warrantee a speaker not sold through an authorized dealer? No. Does Polk 'take care' of the people who use their products? Ab-so-freakin-lutely.

I would buy these with NO fear of Polk not supporting them. And I mean that. The only real thing to be concerned with here, is the shipping company, insure them for the FULL RETAIL amount, and maybe even then some.

    Cheers,
    Rooster

    Eulogy-

Sorry man. I just got one of my test scores back and it sealed the deal. No 3.5 for me this semester. Close, but not close enough. Sorry.
