    We got about 6 inches and alot of sleet. I think that we are all done with the snow but its freaking cold out. Got a fire going in the fireplace a bottle of whisky and a nice steak to be grilled. Im a happy camper.

    Yeah, well as I understood it yesterday we were just supposed to get a dusting to possibly 2 inches, 8 inches later and still snowing here. According to the weather channel now its not supposed to stop until around 6 tomorrow morning. Oh well, I'll post some pics here in a bit.

    Just came back from the store [needed to stock up for beer :D] and the roads are decent enough to drive on FOR NOW. I give it about another hour or two and the black ice will be taking lives. Currently we have about 2" of solid ice on the secondary roads but it's "drive-able", at least for now....

    My thoughts and prayers go out to police, fire and other agencies that have to work in these conditions. My thoughts and prayers do not go out to the idiots who choose to go out in an hour or two.
