Wow, this guy is an idiot. Seriously you say in the post 500 for the sub, even though I can go buy a new one for 250.00 at newegg, and then 1000.00. well maybe you don't need the money but he sure can't do math. 1000+500=1700. yep makes sense to me.

Wow...this guy really thinks that he has the hands down best system in the country. He's saying you'd have to spend upwards of $100,000 to better it? Yeah...right. Not only are they old school Fisher speakers(which I have NEVER been a fan of), but they don't even all match.

    That's what's called a room of noise.

Saw a crazy price and had to click. Now, I have only heard good things about B&O products from 2 people ever; guy who sold me my maggies, and someone from CL when I was asked about his audio rack.

Other than that, I've never owned any, seen them in person, or even acknowledged their existence until I moved out to Chicago and checked out the local CL.

Well I'm one of those people that actually flag CL ads for the White Van speakers.. actually emailed a guy today.. b/c he asks people not to flag him literally in his ad, why he gets flagged selling Olin Ross products. I must have touched a nerve as this was his email back to me. (caution long)

I believe it is safe to assume you're a clueless want to be craig's police.
Apparently you know it all and think you've got this down to a science. Let
me break it down for someone like your self [who does half the research and
is too ignorant to realize the complete history, reasoning, and more
    importantly how the company works.

Firstly, are you familiar with what a HUB is? Considering the ignorance
you've already shown I will assume no. A hub is a contract with a company to
be an authorized dealer for them. In order to retrieve a hub with a company
you have to go through an application process. People believe that these are
scams or "POS" because they are retarded [like yourself] and do not
understand the concept. These can not just be ordered for $100.00 from the
company like many presume. You must become an authorized dealer for them
    [like my self].

In order to do so you must provide what I did to the company and then wait
for approval; 1: Proof of sales history, 2: Proof of being html literate and
able to write it as well, 3: Proof and examples of your personal SUCESSFUL
advertising strategies, 4: Information stating where they will be sold and
for what reason, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY 5: Proof of A "Business Tax Permit."
Also you can not just order one. Your first purchase must be at least 25
units [at $150.00 each], second purchase 20 [at $100.00 each], and third and
any other time minimum of 10 [at $50.00]. Not everyone can afford these
investments [like your broke ****] or even know about them [like your dumb
****] so they label them scams. They are ABSOLUTLY CLUELESS OF HOW WHOLESALE
WORKS [again, like your dumb ****]. They just don't understand where the
discounts come from and how they're possible... SO THEY LABEL IT SCAM.

Whenever you decide to finish researching [rather than seeing first research
feedback and putting finger on it] let me know. I'm sorry to pick on you,
since your handicap. If you'd like to continue to flag me, please do, as I
work from my iPhone, receive the flagged email within seconds, and repost it
within that same minute. Thanks for all the top post bumps, you've been a
    good business partner.

    PWNED

wow he sure told me.. my original email was a polite email stating that he was selling White van speakers and that they weren't worth what the company states they, I even stated it in a way that gave him the benefit of the doubt as to him knowing that they were WV speakers.. anyway thought y'all would get a good laugh out of his response

Here's his ad.. he can't even get the specs right as he states it has 70Khz to 20Khz so its only a system dogs could hear?
http://austin.craigslist.org/ele/1508963808.html I'll give him credit he's not selling them for insane profit but he's still selling them for 160 more than they are worth.

yeah I hadn't had time to think up a rebuttal yet.. I want to work into the response about his frequency range... You really don't send a response like that unless you know you're not on the up and up. also If you're buying them for $50 a piece you know they're crap so don't state "They scream quality" in your ad

spam overpost since its spam in all its glory to me. I'm obviously not the only one that flags him though b/c its takes more than one and I don't have all day to flag on CL so if I see it I flag it once, but him stating doing a Don't Flag me BRO line I thought it deserved a response to the little scammer

Do like I do on CL, and post the Wikipedia page about the White Van Speaker scam:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_van_speaker_scam
Tell them to scroll down to the list of name brands they use, and notice that Olin Ross (or whatever brand) is listed there. I, and 2-3 others warn people all the time about these scams. People are learning, and the scammers are having a hard time selling them on our CL now. One or two will pop up occasionally, but people have started flagging them.
