Just got the new Home Theater they reviewed the 25's, 9's, FX's, Center, and 650 sub. They Loved the 9's. liked the 25's but not the problems that come with powered set up's. They didn't recommend buying the 650 sub it could not keep up with the LSi's.They said to wait for the 808. But they had not seen it yet.
They commented on a small sweet spot with the LSi's but a awesome sound. I wish they had used the 15's. That would have used the set up I want to buy. All in all this is a great article on the LSi's.

    agreed,
polk doesn't seem to push the lsi25's at all.I think it was a bad idea not to put the lsi15's in Home Theater magazine.Thats the most read HT magazine.
The psw650?Isn't that disco now or something? It's old,why review it now.Been there has been done 10x over.
OK who knows when the psw808 is going to hit the market?Anyone?
I should get Home Theater in the mail today.

Ken Swauger says they should have the PSW808 available this fall.

alright I got my copy yesterday......
I respect what Home Theater magazine writes.
The Lsi system got high marks. But they found the Lsi25's to be hard to setup. This is true with all powered towers I have come across.I don't believe Power Towers have a place in the LSI line.
I haven't listened to the LSI25's and to tell you the truth after reading the review,I still have no desire.
The psw650 was sent in with the lsi system, currently it's polks top of the line sub.It was noted that it couldn't keep up with the LSI's.Geoffery Morrison(writer/reviewer)said that a new psw808 is coming with more power. My opnion would have been to wait untill that sub comes out, then send the system to Home Theater Magazine.Home Theater magazine is one of the biggest HT mag's.
Funny how they liked the LSI9's more then the LSI25's.They called them the star of the show. That makes me feel like polk should have sent the lsi15's instead and waited untill the new sub was done.O well.

I've heard the Lsi-25's and they sounded real good. I think that they would be perfect for someone who doesn't want a sub in their system.

I have the LSi15 & the PSW650 sub. I have it blended as best as I can & I feel it is very good may be slightly slow but stills sounds great. I would like to see Polks new sub, or see Polk release a sub to match the LSi series.
