I have been a recent MIT convert and while I don;t have a lot of experience with many other brands of cables. I'd go MIT everytime. It's all in the network boxes baby......all in the boxes!

I've found incremental improvements with other cables, but noticed the biggest and most pleasing difference when switching to MIT's. Doubt I'll ever purchase anything else unless I can be convinced (by listening myself) otherwise. :)

Oh, this question is extremely easy. I don't know the answer but do know that if you email Joe Abrams (who has the ad) and ask him he will tell you exactly and truthfully. He is a seller whom you can rely on totally. I don't give this sort of recomendation lightly either.

Fair point Madmax. I have dealt and talked with Joe just once and I agree he is someone to trust.

Duh, I should have thought of that.

I think Transparent used to manufacture MIT cables back in the companies inception. Since that time, there may have been a divergence in cable theory. I think I read a thread somewhere covering this topic. I will see if I can find it.

I have a message into Joe but I think he is moving this weekend.

A change of direction and maybe I will start a new thread if I don't get much under this one.

Any thoughts on MIT CVT Terminator 2 Speaker Cables compared to the S3 Shotgun speaker cables? I have a chance to Demo a new pair and the price is OK but I thought I would see what some of you with Mits have an opinion first.

Some prefer MIT, some prefer Transparent.

I've had both in my rig. I prefer the S3's. Tighter lows, and the CVT's sounded a little on the bright side.

Right below this post towards the bottom of the page(above the quick reply box). Users can leave identifying tags to make the archives easier to search. 99% of the **** bags who leave tags are of a derogatory nature.

Dan, curious, you were big on Transparent, and then moving on to Kimber (I think). Price aside, what is this that you don't like about Transparent? Surely, there are aspect of Transparent that would be superior than KK, say the lower-end?
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.
