I bought this turntable in excelent condition (except the dust cover). Everything works fine so far. Does anyone know where I can buy a dust cover that fits this turntable. Do newer Denon head shell and cartridges work with this turntable? Any MOD recommendation? I also need to find a manual, too.

Thanks for your input.

    Congrats on the New turntable.

Thanks... This is more like a new vintage turntable. It is hard to find parts for it. I want to try Denon DL-160 cart on it, later.

Measure it and shoot me a PM. I have a dustcover from an Audio-Technica table that may fit it. It has a small crack on the back, but shouldn't affect it for what you need it to do. If the dimensions are correct I'll give it to you. Just cover the shipping.

    Regards,

    Mike

    Thanks, Mike.

    The Denon dust cover dimension is 16.75 x 13.75 x 2.5".

This turntable sounds very very good so far. I'd like this turntable auto features.. Load a record, press the PLAY button, and bingo... The turntable locks the speed, moves to arm/cartridge to the record, and plays. It will lift off the arm off the record at the end, too.. Very beautiful sounds..

Does anyone know if newer Denon headshell would fit this turntable?

    Thanks.

haimoc, I'm not familiar with that type of tonearm and headshell design. You could contact Denon and ask them. I have a Denon DL-160 MC cartridge on my Technics and it sounds fantastic. Here's a contact link for Denon.

When things open up for business here today, I'll be looking for stuff for this dustcover and will be in touch with you.

Good luck and enjoy that table. She's a beaut!

Thanks... Just send an inquiry to Denon... Hopefully, new Denon headshells would work with this turntable.. I read many great reviews on Denon DL-160
and want to have it for this vintage turntable, too...
