I hear ya'. The only issue I have with IE7 is that [at least in my area] the 'pooter locks up frequently and from what I remember, there were other issues that made me want to switch that I haven't had occur since the switch to Firefox.

Is there a way I could browse the Polk forum under IE7, yet have the rest of my computer run under Firefox?.....or is it not as simple as that?

It's still happening and today for some reason, it's bouncing to a non-specific post once I hit a thread anywhere between 1 to 3 times. Very annoying, especially when the threads are long in page length and I'm not paying attention to the post # I was reading at the time.

    Please help. Somebody. *prays*

It's still happening to me as well...............does no one know what's going on with FF and the forum software? Why did it just start happening out of the blue? I've used FF for years on this and other forums like it with no issues until recently.

Is it happening on any other website or forum that you have noticed on your end by chance? None other than this one on my end.

I don;t think so........I'll have to check tonight. The reason I say I don;t think so is I can;t remember what other boards I visit that use the same software (vBulletin).

Of all the other places I visit only the PF has this issue. I'll check another vBulletin site tonight.

Yes it is...............and no idea how or what to do. I guess I could just browse the forum with I/E, but I prefer FireFox

Can I do the same thing without converting my computer over to IE? I ask because for some reason, IE locks my computer up amongst other issues IE causes that I don't want to come back.

If I can, how in the heck do I do so?

When I used Firefox, they had an extention thingy you could add into Firefox like an App that allowed you to open Internet Explorer within Firefox.

    This may fix your problem.

I have not used Firefox in a long time though so I do not remember how to do this...

I am using Google Chrome with no issues...
