I understand the audio units have filters DESIGNED specifically for audio applications. However, even when NOT hooked up to an amp (just to the source components), the sound changed for the worse.polkaudio RT35 Bookshelves

I would consider the PS Audio Duet or Quintet. I have both and loves their benefit and functionality.
