agreed............................................................................. but you can also call it what it is when it stinks...

Really? Cool! Then I'm callin' it what it is too! YOU stink.

    piss off

Yeah, nice PM. You and your attitude still stink. Quit tryin' to suck up to everyone here and play people off each other. You've been doing it since you got here. You don't speak for anyone nor are you the spokesperson for the forum. You speak for you and you alone.

That goes for all the n00bs who feel they have to talk about who says what, who backs up who, who agrees with what and how many positive PM's they get supporting them and their crusades.

As for another quote, for all the n00bs:

"Better to have the world think you're a fool than to open your mouth and prove it." -- I dunno who said it but it sure does apply here lately.

I would say it is you that has the **** attitude... The original quote here was between me and GG, not you. It appears it is YOU playing suckup as you inserted yourself into something that was of no concern to you. I have a problem with you and took it off forum and into the private realm where it belongs. You bring it into the public realm. I have never tried to play suckup to anyone here, lest you assume being cordial to people is sucking up. I have also neverclaimed to speak for this forum nor claimed to speak for anyone on it. Also I have posted nothing here that warrants your response... You are an ignorant POS, a twisted SOB and quite frankly you can go EFF yourself. And THAT"S a quote!

It is not the critic that counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in The Arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming. He who does actually strive to do the deed, who knows the great devotion, who spends himself in a worthy cause, who at the best in the end knows the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails while daring greatly, knows that his place will never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.
    - Teddy Roosevelt

Everyone's entitled to their opinion so it shouldn't be frowned upon for John expressing his, on a quote that wasn't famous and at best funny for some people. I personally didn't find it funny not because I disagree with our decision, but just for the simple fact that innocent people died over it.

    Anyways back to the quotes.

But then, it'll be called no test if no one can attest to it. :D

I didn't know the old Chinese traditional pants have side pockets where you can stick your hands in like western pants designs these days. :o

Confusious must be thinking hard with the hands in his pockets to come up with the above statement! :D

There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them.' Despite the billions spent on an individual, 'he can be lifted transiently but always slips back again.' Thus, the New Deal had been 'the most stupendous digenetic enterprise ever undertaken by man.... We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time. The effects of that doctrine are bound to be disastrous soon or late
    -Mencken
Do not fear the enemy, for your enemy can only take your life. It is far better that you fear the media, for they will steal your HONOR. That awful power, the public opinion of a nation, is created in America by a horde of ignorant, self-complacent simpletons who failed at ditching and shoemaking and fetched up in journalism on their way to the poorhouse.
    -Mark Twain
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
    - C. S. Lewis
Every government interference in the economy consists of giving an unearned benefit, extorted by force, to some men at the expense of others.
    -Ayn Rand
"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, it expects what never was and never will be."

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation then by deflation, the banks and the corporations will grow up around them, will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies."

"I wish it were possible to obtain a single amendment to our constitution - taking from the federal government their power of borrowing."
    -Thomas Jefferson
