Hey, I have a set of 901 Series IV's and I'm not ashamed. For some things, they actually sound pretty good. They don't replace my SRS II's but I do enjoy listening to them on occasion.

What kind of Bose? Bose cubes or Bose bookshelves?

The cubes wont work without the bass module, there is some serious EQing going on in that bass module.

    Portal FTW!!

I read in a gamer magazine, people had a harder time destroying the cube in Portal than harvesting children in Bioshock.

I really need to get my own copy of Portal. I'm not much of a gamer but that's a real trip.

    No need to.

You are still a law enforcement officer, right? Just paint the drivers with concentric white circles and take them with you on your next trip to the pistol/rifle range.

    Such good sound.:)

Fortunately considering their foam surrounds they almost all are blown apart.

Don't feel too bad Darla. I've still got a pair of Bose Interaudio 4000 in the garage that I bought as a clueless teenager. We all screw up now and then.:D
