You should get a barometer, crank up all your subs, and see if you can get the mercury to move. :D If you can pressurize the room your systems in, you don't need more subwoofers.

1- you don't have to worry about someone breaking in and stealing that thing.
2- I think Canada should buy a whole bunch of those so we can turn them up and help melt all this DAMN snow.

Nice big **** sub, sorry, how much does this thing weigh?

He has pics up, right here. Wasn't that enough to load all your spank banks for a while?

Let the man get his listen on already. It's a big woofer, in a big box, with big ports and a big amp. A subwoofer.

    All this is missing is:

    - A glowing review of the subwoofer
    - Buying another one and loading up 50 more pics
    - An even more glowing review
    - Selling them two months from now and start some new threads about "which sub should I get next"

Then you will have perfected the Sid-Trey-Vr3MxStyler2k3 methodology :D:):D

Chad is extremely proud of that sub. The 70lb driver is really overbuilt for that amp. It's an efficient design. The driver can handle 3000w, but it would be too expensive to source that much amp. 1000w is plenty to acheive massive decibels, but the amp will quit before the driver does. The only issues I've heard about is the amp going into protection when overdriven, usually north of 120dbs.

SlowcarIX, you're going to have to give us a more detailed review when you have the time.:D

epik has put together an extraordinary sub. i was skeptical intially due to the big difference in driver size between the lsi9 and the conquest, that there might be integration issues, all i can say is i'm worrying too much :D

You have a SPL meter correct? You may have to play the distance(delay) in your receiver, phase, gain(level), and of course placement to get it to work. I hope you have a hand truck to move that around the room. :D

No. I demand play-by-play commentary and a silly dance in the end zone when you score.

I sent an email into Epik and they would actually ship me one overseas, Im just debating over how much ouput I would get over my current dual PB12/Plus 2s. How about dual Conquests? Whew that would be insane I imagine. I love the plus 2s however Im thinking upgrade to dual 13s or Conquests.......maybe Im just being greedy.

Dual Conquests would be my vote!:D

You have got to be single. Unless I was a multi-millionare with a dedicated home theatre room, that beast would never fly.

Its so big, I'd have to mount a chair on it for a place to sit.

But yeah, I wwant one too. I guess I'll just live vicareously through you.

there is something about this woofer used in this sub...when you push on the woofer, its stiff as hell...put some bass into it and it comes alive. a coworker come over today to listen to it and was really surprised how well controlled the cone movement is - he mentioned that magnetic field behind the cone has to be extremely strong...
