Tired of waiting for SVS to get my sub in stock...

I've been waiting for SVS for over a month at this point to get the SB 12 Plus in stock. I even went ahead and placed the order online, only to see that SVS refunded my money today.

Someone please talk me out of going out today and buying a DSW 600.

Did you give them a call and talk to them. SVS is a good company with a great product. I would want to talk to Ron or someone with authority at SVS. Good luck.

Yes, I talked to Eric at SVS. 2 times in one day in fact. Both times he gave me different reasons why they were still back ordered. First it was the amps then he said it was the cabinets.

Yeah, its hard. I have BluRays and games that needs some bass!!!

Although, I gotta say the LSI7s that I got a few weeks ago can hold their own in the bass department. Its not boomy bass obviously, but they fill out a good range for speakers their size. I'm quite happy with them.

How about Elemental Designs? I would also check to make sure they have one in stock or production also.

Since both Epik and SVS use BASH amps, it's likely the additional demand for amps is slowing production for both companies. Epik is waiting for amps too.

If you need the small footprint of the SB, then look into the ACI Force or Titan. If you can handle a PB10 sized sealed sub, then wait until after the 15th for the Valor.

As others said, I don't believe Hsu or Outlaw have supply issues currently for larger ported subs.

    Combo rig:

Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
    SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
    PB13Ultra RO
    BW Silvers
    Oppo BDP-83SE

HSU VTF 3 - MK3 is a great sub! The quality and sound at the price point is hard to beat. The sub also uses a Bash amp but if you visit www.hsuresearch.com you will see they are readily available. I hacve had mine for close to 3 weeks now and am truly in love.:D
