I eat sushi about once to twice a week. We go out for lunch and it's a great meal on the job. It's light and gives you plenty of energy.

Most people who don't like sushi are afraid of it, don't like sea food , or are afraid to try it. In my opnion, it's one of the worlds greatest foods.

I love it. Mostly sashimi, but I like some hamake and sushi. It's my 14 year old daughter's favorite.

Nigiri sushi, sashimi, some rolls, anything but sea urchin. My daughter started eating sushi when she was 8, she eats quite a few things but loves her yellowtail. Makes for an expensive night out!

Fresh shashimi is best, which is not a problem in NYC> That said, I wouldn't touch it 10 years ago. I guess I acquired the taste.

eat it, like it, do it more to appease the trendy ladies, though recently i am into this dragon roll, which is cooked eel, with avocado and a tasty brown dressing sauce....

other than that, tuna rolls. toro tuna sashimi style, but costs more..

There are various types of sushi: sushi served rolled inside nori (dried and pressed layer sheets of seaweed or alga) called makizushi (巻き) or rolls; sushi made with toppings laid with hand-formed clumps of rice called nigirizushi (にぎり); toppings stuffed into a small pouch of fried tofu called inarizushi; and toppings served scattered over a bowl of sushi rice called chirashi-zushi (ちらし).

I'm actually pretty shocked at the poll result. I had no idea that many forum members ate sushi.

For those of you that said you hate it or only use it on the end of your fishing hook....why? Don't like the taste? Afraid to try it? Nothing uncooked goes in your mouth?

Raw salmon is good. Cook it it sucks. I have grown to love good sushi. I also like raw venison. Right after we pop one I like to remove the tenderloins, wipe off the excess blood, and just a touch of A-1 steak sauce. My mouth is so watering now! Raw venison liver is good when it is still warm right out of the body cavity. Damn I miss hunting.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben
