Too much crap laying around. Besides, by the time you powered everything up it would be time to start powering everything down. :)

Yeah, but does it sound good? I certainly hope so for his sake. Figure he probably spent half a million on cables alone. This will no doubt bunch up some panties on this forum.

Edit - Opus, you beat me to it:D

I would think you could build a real theatre with a much larger screen, and more seating, for a lot less than $6 million. Nice system though.

That's a lot of crap between the centers / lower speakers and the listener. I'm just picturing sketchy reflections off all those tubes and amp stands. I wonder what kind of air conditioner he has to get rid of that much heat :p

    Very cool though.

Apparently he didn't even spend $0.50 on cables. I don't see any at all.

I noticed that also. Maybe they removed them for the pictures to clean the place up.

Definitely Cool. To think that if I had $6MM I would retire today and live happily ever after......and invest maybe $25,000 in audio/video that I dream of having.

Hahaha....maybe not decorator-friendly. I mean, really, no cables between amps and speakers nor are there any cables between components.

So, in other words, my $800.00 system will definitely sound better than his because, well, it can reproduce some sound. :p

He also need some acoustic treatments....room looks to be too live.

They are some treatments in there, they just aren't obvious.

Those shelves full of media could also be considered a treatment.
