Hang in there, take care of business and keep thinking about the day when you WILL be sitting in front of your rig with a huge grin on your face.

Good thoughts and prayers sent your way.

    Larry , (analog97) hit it right on the head with this statement;

Before I do this procedure, I am having an endoscope and colonascopy this Wednesday (like I don''t have enough sore spots on my body now they want my ****.

After that John Hopins Cancer center in Philly is go to perform the "ERCP" if I don't start getting better. From what I've been told, this scope is very very dangerous and exspensive. I'm not averse to the danger but my hospital bills under Medcare are more then I care to think about.

Yep, I was stuck in this tube that make me start kicking and screaming to let me out . . . the next memory is the nurse saying the Narcane is bringing him back.

Yeah, Joe found out that the big man himself doesn't even have a TT...he's strictly a CD guy. So back he comes from heaven real quick (after giving him a piece of his mind). All kidding aside, I spoke to Joe this evening & he had me in stitches telling me about his hit on the noggin. Thank God he's a friggin hard head!!! Joe was in excellent spirits & said that today was the best he's felt in a loooooooooooong time. Hopefully today's feeling will carry on & he'll be back to his old self. I sure as hell hope so...because he won't stop breaking my balls about getting up to Stephen's place. Man this guy needs a road trip in the worst way.

Just get better ole' buddy & I'll gas up the van & away we go!!! :D Jesse can always meet us there if he ever wakes up!! :p

Joe, I wasn't aware of your illness until I just now visited the "Clubhouse" because of the Monster vs Blue Jeans thread. Get well soon. My prayers now and at Mass will be with you.

Thanks for the love everyone. I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM, jumped out of bed, woke up the litlle guy and made him and Phyllisann breakfast. I haven't seen 6:30 in a couple of years.

I feel great so far except for the pain in the two bumps on my nogin it looks like today starts a new recovery.

LOL!!! There is one problem however, today I have to start the "purging" routine required for endoscope & colonoscopy scheduled for tomorrow so for the next 24 hours I'll be trying to rig the PC in the bathroom because I am sure that as soon as I pull my pants up the next onslaught of yuck will make its way out forcebly.

    Cheerio my friends.

Sounds like an episode of "House" to me. If some limping **** with a cane shows up and wants to remove your brain...let him...cause he's always right. ;)

    Get well soon!

    Thanks Bro, you too!

Open MRIs don't image as well a even a CT scan so to even attempt it is useless. Besides, the last open MRI I was in I made 20 minutes and still freaked out. That friggin thing is so close your nose you still feel like in a coffin.. That is one that I almost broke out of like the Hulk because when I was yelling for them to let me they took their good old time. It's a good thing they had insurance on the effing thing because I wasn't paying for the damages.

You need to think about other things while you're inside of one of those. I had 2 closed and 2 open MRI's recently, I fell asleep every time.

Easier said than done for someone who's claustrophobic. Not everyone can think of something else or nap.

I've only had a closed MRI twice, but both times were the worst torture I could imagine. Even with a mild sedative, I thought my heart would explode.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
