If that hasn't been the case????

I spoke to Sal this morning and he wasn't warned. I have been given the courtesy of being warned. I do view it as a courtesy and appreciate the warning and slap on the wrist rather than a BAM . . . ban. Although I would probably listen to more music during the time off!!!:D;)

IMO that's not right. (Not that my opinion counts for anything.)

He's been warned in the past for off colour remarks and attacks. Since it is affiliated with a company, rather than a dedicated forum, they have to maintain some boundaries. It's only 7 days people, relax! The mods were kind enough to give him a warning by only making the ban temporary rather than permanent. I think that was generous enough.

I realize everyone is jumping on the bandwagon to prove a point. It was more so what he was warned for a while back when he was new. The wood remark wasn't that bad IMO but it's possible he just pushed a mod a little too far. Saying he wasn't warned is not quite true - he was warned some time ago and now a second warning with a temp ban. I just don't see why everyone has to make a big fuss every single time a member gets the boot. Push members and mods far enough and eventually they'll bite back and you just have to suck it up. FWIW, I laughed my **** off at the original remark and most of those in the thread ;)

It can be summed up with this game -- poke the bunny. :D
