I've just been informed, by my Sekret Sources in the NSA (whom I obviously can't name) that Joe has been caught in a secret killer goat operation.
During the Michael Vick "Bad Dogz" dog fighting surveillance, agents noticed suspicious activity on a nearby farm (subsequent investigation showed it registered to a mysterious "H. Impaired, Esq.").
Here's a snippet from the hours and hours of surveillance videos that these brave agents took, risking their lives in the process.
Notice how that bastage Joe used innocent women and children to train his savage beasts !!

Cliff (faster100) is all over threads in the Hall of Shame. There are some belly busting threads with him, Troy and Brett. I was new when Cliff was still around and you are right Brett he's a breath of fresh air compared to the new ones as well as the paranoid ones.
