Aha, someone who can back up their claims! Nice, Keith!

I currently have a 1967 Yamaha YDS3 250cc 2 stroke, which is not yet ready for the road. Someday, but probably not this year.

Because, I'm buying a 1983 Yamaha Maxim 400cc as my first road-ready bike. This thing has just over 4k miles on it. It looks its age, but that's fine by me, because I'm probably not going to do it must justice as my first bike. I already layed it over at the sellers house while on a test ride in his muddy driveway. Good times!
    Ludicrous gibs!

Never doubted ya Keith :) Its just in the pic you provided I saw CV carbs...I knew it had to be an older pic. Now in this pic...those aint no CV carbs ;)

    attachment.php?attachmentid=30179&d=1198340623

Basically did the same ( Didnt have to weld crank...forged steel one piece crank in my case ) and more ( Took her to 1500cc's...Nitrous , etc ) for my drag bike...kinda like pics of speakers is speaker **** around here...listing mods on a bike is cycle **** :)
