I spent the day cleaning the #%^&* leaves out of the pool...and I don't have a single tree in my back yard. Hopefully they are all down now. Too cold to swim (60º), but I keep it open all year and have to run the pumps when it gets below freezing so I gotta keep the leaves out. Plus they will stain the bottom.

We got another foot of snow roughly last night....nice heavy stuff.

My parents were upset the sunday paper didn't come today and I ended up going outside snowblowing.......I came up our 2nd driveway when all of a sudden BOOM a huge mass of shredded paper came out of the snowblower and it just kept on chugging. I shredded our sunday boston paper.....advertisements and all. :D

That's the equivalent of two phone books! I looked out the window to see the mess, and then promptly closed the blinds. People are putting their barrels and chairs out on the street protecting 'their' street parking spots. I'm at the top of a hill, and have off street parking. I don't suppose they would be appreciative if I used the garden hose to clear my driveway.

10 horsepower snowblower will shred a newspaper no problem. :D

I thought in boston they made a law that you can't put chairs and barrels in the street to save spots? I made a promise to myself I'd never buy a place that doesn't have off street parking when it comes time for me to get outta here.

It was the Globe. My mother reads the Globe. My dad and I read the Herald. However, the ads in the Globe are better, i like looking at lots of overpriced stuff.
