And this is precisely why I have you on ignore.

Troy is simply calling it as he sees it. He is generally very even handed & honest & calls a spade a spade.

I have ZERO respect for any man that would call into question another man's integrity or so called manhood for showing his respect for his wife & women & society in general.

I think you are the one with issues!

Troy, leave it to you to overreact.

You doth protesteth too much... the more you post the more obvious it gets that you are covering up some serious male insecurity issues.

They are... we have a passion for audio. Sometimes our significant others don't understand it, but the true test is when they tollarate it. It is nothing to be ashamed of, to have a passion for something, and we would all be fools to expect everyone to understand.

    Whatever you say, man.

However, I'm going to repeat again for about the twentieth time, ignore me. Please. Do not respond to my posts. I have zero issues going scorched earth. Your best bet is to just leave me alone and everyone gets along.

There are many guys on this forum who know me well, been to my home, know my wife....I'll leave it for them to decide if I'm full of ****.

    Have a nice day.

Yup, this is true. As I've pointed out for some time now, the "crew" of guys run around here like cowboys in the wild west blazing away. Backed by post count and buddies but very little common sense, tact or intelligent thought. Dropping duces and personal attacks on anyone that does into fit their world. You say it right here in this post "I have power here and powerful friends, they won’t do anything about it so you better just shut up".

You get people like me and these other guys here who you drop duces on 10 or 15 times and we eventually put you back in your place.

Personally I call it as I see it and I haven’t and doubt I will be banned on this site for pointing things like this out because dudes like you and your posts kill the user community on this open public forum.

I personally think you spend way too much time browsing the web on my tax payer dollar.

You sure about that? TroyD just swooped into my thread about comic books and told me I have a small ****... so I am seriously doubting what you are saying since he violates your own statement

You know what they say, it's easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission. :D

Been my motto since birth :D Seriously, you need your man room to be unmolested by ANYONE. I have 2 man rooms and a home theatre....wife never even sets foot in either 3...but I respect the rest of the house for her...I have a small theatre set up in the family room...but agreed to no big speakers ( Where the CRS+'s came in handy ) .

There has to be give and take for the majority of coinhabited spaces...but you need one space to call your own shots in.....

Goodness, as I said in the other thread.....if you really don't want comments, don't post it. Also, to my knowledge, I've never said the first thing to you....I'm my own person and make my own decisions upon what I post and so forth. As far as the whole conspiracy thing, that's paranoid. If you so desire, put me on ignore. It works great. Try it.....

Plus, in this thread, nothing I said was directed at any one person in particular, it was a commentary on what I saw in general. If you and Yashu want to to around with your radars up looking for an axe to grind, take it elsewhere. I have NOT gone out of my way to piss in your wheaties, extend me the same courtesy. If I say something you find funny and can get a laugh out of it (ie, the small **** joke) go right ahead...I'm comfortable enough with myself to have chuckle at my own expense and I'm also secure enough in my beliefs to not be threatened by those that don't agree with me. However, gentlemen, exercise due caution. I pretty much live and let live.....but eventually if you want to go looking for trouble, as you seem to be here, eventually you will find it.

...and the comment in the comic book thread, jeeze man, you left yourself WIDE open. I would have said that regardless of who posted it. If it hadn't been you, you would have been laughing your **** off.

What I know is that you have issues with some here on the board.

Why that is I'm not sure. I tend to ignore it when a bunch of men start thumping their chests at each other. There is definately something of a pack mentality that springs up with a board like this.

I have no issues with you & to some extent I agree with some of the things you have said.

I would suggest that those you have issues with, you put on ignore. It works great & makes life much more enjoyable here for the ENTIRE board.

    Take care.

Leave me out of the chest thumping please, and no need to put me on ignore either. I may be a male, but I am not here to cause trouble. I am here to discuss audio, and not to be harassed by some GI Joe looking for a fight. This has gone far enough... this nonsense needs to stop if we are all going to get along here. I am not planning on going anywhere as I like Club Polk, and there is no sense in "ignoring" everyone, for how can we have a meaningful discussion when everyone has everyone else on ignore? It doesn't make sense.
