rti8 tweeter

I recently bought a pair of rti8's used from a friend and noticed that no sound was coming from the tweeter could someone tell me how to go about ordering one and how much they cost. thanks.
T.V.- Sony KDL50W800B
Blu Ray- Custom built HT PC
Vizio Sound bar- S4221W

    sageleo, have you checked the jumpers are correctly in place and the hex nuts tight between both sets? If you have a loose connector or missing flat metal jumper, you would hear no sound from a good tweeter.
