A minimum of 6.5 hours, and a usual maximum with a few rare exceptions of 9.

Here lately I'm tired ALL the time. I've got to establish a more regular schedule.

Most studies say that anywhere between 7 and 8 is sufficient.

I usually aim for 8; sometimes up to an hour less or more.

Those of you that sleep 4 or 5... you're gonna die. Get more sleep. It's been shown to improve mood, general health, longevity... there's no reason not to sleep more. It's not "cool", just get some damn sleep.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

While working midnights, I only need 5-6 hours. But working normal hours I need 7-8. Days off can be 7-10.

    6 to 8 most nights.

10 - maybe more if I drink a glass of whole milk and rub one out before I nod off.

my problem is.. if I go to bed to early.. then right around 6 hrs my body just starts to wake up.. and I can't sleep any longer. So i have to balance when I go to bed or else if I go to bed to early... i'm up way to early..
