Yes Iron man. One of my personal favorites. Very cool looking and seems like it's going to be incredible.

    I can't wait.

Can someone give me a brief rundown on Ironman. I remember (I think) watching an Ironman tv series waaay back either in the late 60's or early 70's. We only had a black & white tv so I don't know if it was in color or not.

I just remember that he would get run down after fighting all manner of bad guys & creatures & have to recharge & it when through that circle on his chest. But I can't remember what it took to recharge him.

Did this show exist or am I imagining things.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same show, but the one I'm thimking of wasn't Iron Man, I can't remember the name, but I think it was on ch. 56, Sat. mornings, and it was made in Japan. He was like a giant in a silver and red(?) suit. He would fight Godzilla-like creatures?

    obieone,

The show you are thinking of is "Johnny Socko and his Flying Robot"

I don't think that's the show, but I could be wrong. The show I remember was live action, made in japan, around the time of the Godzilla movies. I remember the title was only one word/ name?
I don't know, it was a lot of booze and drugs ago!

    Thanks for the link DK!

I found the show that I remembered seeing him in.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Marvel_Superheroes

But I also seem to remember the show that Obione is talking about as well. Because this show didn't look like a cartoon & the music was kinda funky sounding.

But since I was very young when it was on the details are extremely sketchy!

    obieone,

Maybe it was "Ultraman" , he had a silver and red suit also. I never cared for him personally, I was a Spectreman fan. Ultraman came out in the mid 60's and Johnny Socko came out around the same time as well.

Or it could be Tranzor Z? It was a cartoon back in the late 70's early 80's & was called Mazinger Z in japan. http://www.angelfire.com/sc/enforcer/
