Like I said, they aren't only testing your math and physics skills, they are testing your analytical skills as well.

When you look at the unit that you're supposed to get, N, and the parameters you were given (mass [kg], velocity [m/s]), you should have made the conclusion that you were missing time . N = kg*m/s^2. That leads you to the 1000 rounds per minute (1/60s). I didn't get it at first read but then again, you're supposed to read the test question more than once anyways to make sure you aren't answering to something totally different.
