Those prices are really something else. The 801A is certainly compelling at that price. I have to assume that the integrateds are older models that don't have easy bias. Interesting site.

    Two Channel Setup:

    Speakers: Wharfedale Opus 2-3
    Integrated Amp: Krell S-300i
    DAC: Arcam irDac
    Source: iMac
    Remote Control: iPad Mini

    3.2 Home Theater Setup:

    Fronts: Klipsch RP-160M
    Center: Klipsch RP-160M
    Subwoofer: SVS PB12NSD (X 2)
    AVR: Yamaha Aventage RX-A2030
    Blu Ray: Sony BDP-S790
    TV Source: DirecTV Genie

When I placed my order,I received a conformation e-mail stating that the item should ship within 2-3 days.

Haven't checked the c.c. site yet to see if the charge has been applied.

This was at the $549. price

Geez, $550 new is sweet. I'd have picked up one at that price just to re-live the nostalgia of owning one 3 years ago - my first piece of tubed gear :)

    Victor-

That's fine with me. When me and the Wife plan to shoot up your way, I'll give you a heads up. I'll try for at least a weeks notice, but hey who knows... I might just show up on your doorstep someday?;)

Great purchase for those of you that got the Jolida for $549.00, I paid more than that for a used one and felt that I got a good deal! You're going to love the player especially if you all take uncle Jesse's recommendation and swap out the stock tubes with some Ei Elite gold pins.
    2 Channel:
    Amp/Parasound Halo A23
    Pre/Carver C-1
    Tuner/Carver TX-11a
    CDP/Jolida JD 100A
    Turntable/AR XB-Shure V15 III

I had one before. Swapping out the power cord & changing the tubes make a big difference. Ei's are the preffered tube.

Note: the player will sound like crap out of the box until it has at least 24 hrs burn in. 50 - 100 and you'll be good.

I guess it's all a matter of preference but I liked the Sovtek 12AX7LPS's more than the Ei's.

    Me 100.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
