I could not agree more with the two later posts. I think the cast for this films was brilliant!!! Not just leads but also the supporting roles were well done. The overall directing was b+ maybe even an A. Very anxious to see if the sequel will match upcoming expectations. Honestly its is most refreshing to see what they have done to resurect what could have been a potentially dying franchise.

I just finished this film, fantastic. A very well done Bond film but very different from all the others before it, can't really compare it to the others in all fairness. The LPCM track was excellent as was the PQ. A top notch Blu-ray presentation.

Didn't care much for the intro though. The song was ok but the visuals...blah.

But holy sheet, Eva Green is just flat out beautiful...can I have one, please? I think I might just have to go and spin The Dreamers...again.

just saw it today, one of the best recent bond films. I had my reservations about Craig as Bond, but he pulled it off.

Literally watching it right now. Both PQ and SQ are oustanding. Not BluRay, just regular **** DVD.

Besides the poker part being a tad long, its been outstanding and far better than my expectations.

I love the first action sequence. That bomb guy he was chasing was amazing with his physical feats. Great foot work. Just everything about that sequence was great. Very nice way to start a movie.

Mr. Craig is doing a great job as well. Great acting. I liked Brosnan just fine, but Craig is the superior Bond. I saw Layer Cake about a year ago, so I knew what to expect, and I was confident he would be a good Bond. Looking forward to the next films now.

The female accountant posing as his girlfriend is gorgeous. I think I love her. It doesn't hurt having her wear those beatiful gowns. I'm sure she would still look great in plain clothes as well. She looks like a natural beauty. I doubt she needs much makeup or anything like that to loko great.

Was that Alessandra Ambrosio of Victoria's Secret fame at the Beach Club in the Bahamas part?

She played the queen in that crusade movie with Orlando Bloom, didn't she? Eva Green, yep.

Awesome Bond movie. . . it could have been called, "The Maturation of 007." Craig as Bond was excellant. I think he and Sean Connery are by far the two best actors to personify the license to kill. . . 007!!!

BTW my gonads are still aching!!! ooooohhhhh man that hurt!!!!

Well, maybe this would be one of the few bond films I might actually like...

See, I hate super hero movies, and I think bond films should be considered one. Always useless action and unbelievable stunts. I know, I know, I shouldn't expect bond films to be believable, but thats the exact reason why I don't like them...

Then don't watch the first half hour..talk about unbelieveable stunts:D

I surely hope they get campbell to direct the next one he did a masterful job not mention the casting. my only question is in the scence after he arrives at the island club in the bahamas........how do he know dimetrius would be arriving when he did and where he did to that exact spot with security camera right there when he made that phone call. Just luck??? that did not click with me

I absolutely loved it and I'm a Bond fan. It's finally one that gets back into the roots of the series. It makes Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Roger Moore look like wanna-be's in the **** pride parade

Connery is so over-rated it's not even funny. The guy was maybe a manly-man (looks wise) but his acting, average at best and no better a Bond then any of those that followed, well maybe Dalton, he was by far the worst. Connery acts the same in every movie, he gives us nothing new movie, to movie, to movie.
