Audio Mirror PP1 Tube Preamplifier

Killer tube preamp, less than 1 year old. Originally owned by Luther (wardsweb), and now by me. Tube line AND phono section. Remote volume and source selection. 4 inputs, 1 output, IEC power cord jack. http://www.audiomirror.com/ I'll hand select tubes for it to ship with, and post here later this evening (no you cannot have my Amperex German 12Ax7's). Reason for sale? Phono stage is wasted in the setup I'm using it in.

Retail $1199 - $old Dennis Gardner.

Sansui TU-777 AM/FM Analog Tuner

Not so common model, very sought after. Large planatary tuning dial. Immaculate condition - museum quality, top to bottom. I use a modded TU417 for my FM, and have had this one simply sitting out on top of my record cabinet on 'display'. Aligned, plug and play. Again, a piece of gear that needs to be listened to, not in my static displays.

$old hearingimpaired

Scott 350D FM Stereo Tube Tuner

The LAST of the Scott tube tuners, and probably the most diserable. Immaculate condition, and in full working order. Original optional Walnut case included. I had one other of these, and it went to Japan last year for $450. Aligned, plug and play. A peice I truely hate to see go, and would request first right of refusal, when and if from the buyer.

$old Amulford.

Kimber 4PR Speaker Cable, 5ft pair

Entry level Kimber, bare wire on one end, spades on the other. $30 to your door.

Canare LV-61S 75ohm Digital Cable, 3 ft

Solid digital cable, put on the level with entry MIT. $25 to your door.

Straight Wire Silver Link II, 75ohm Digital Cable, 5ft

High end cable, cannot be beat for the price offered here. My second favorite dig cable under my Tributaries Silver. $old AndyGwis

Straight Wire Silver Link I, 75ohm Digital Cable, 3ft

The line under the the Link II listed above, great silver digital cable. $old AndyGwis.

Straight Wire Silver S-video cable, 5ft.

High end cable, cool 'double run' of their video cable, gold s-video terminations. SEE a difference. $40 to your door.

Monster Cable Interlink 400MkII SACD/DVDA Cable Kit - 2m

In retail packaging - in a nutshell, six, 2m Interlink 400 interconnects. Feel free to spread them out, and cable your 2ch rig. $old Danny.

Versalab Wood Block - EMI/RFI Killers

Plugs in-line with your gear, attach your power cord to it's IEC connector. Great for digital, D/A converters, transports, and cd players. These are 'extra', I use one in my whole house rig on the CDP. 1 $old haimoc - 1 $old zombie boy 2000.

Sony TC-K909ES Cassette Deck

Might have had 10 cassettes played on it in its lifetime. 3 head, direct drive, Dolby S,B,C, HX Pro. Optional wood side panels. Immaculate. You won't believe how good cassettes can sound. Just a hair under my NaK Dragon - I don't need two badass decks. Retail was $790 $90 to your door.

Polk Audio Monitor 6 Series II Passive Subwoofer

Bandpass enclosure, dual 6.5" woofers. Speaker level (clip) inputs, external amp required. No need for filtering, the bandpass tuning does that for your. Run on your b outputs from your receiver or integrated amp, or inline with a pair of 8ohm speakers to present a 4ohm load. The bottom end of Polks first 'sub sat' system. Loads up GREAT in a small room, it will suprise you. $old hearingimpaired

Polk Audio PSW 550 Powered Subwoofer

Piano black, second owner, immaculate. Fast, articulate, and loads up suprising well in medium sized rooms. Great way to add bottom end to a pair of speakers. It was fast enough to keep up with my Maggie MMGs (what a rig, why did I bust it up?), so it will mate well with pretty much any dynamic speaker out there. Prefer local p/u, email to discuss shipping. $old kn505

More to come, detailed pictures, and additional info......

PLEASE EMAIL ME DIRECT - DO NOT USE PM's - my box will fill up WAY too quickly.

Cheers,
Russ

    Russ...

I'll take one of the Versalab woodblocks, if you'd be so kind.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Just FYI, I took both the Straight wire digitals yesterday (the 3' and 5') so they are gone, but the Canare is still up there. Ended up needing a longer one.

And, got the Thiels while I was out there. They looked / sounded nice and the price was right. Higher girlfriend acceptance factor to boot.

    Thanks, Russ!

    Russ,
If you decide to ship the PSW 550, let me know what it'd cost to 47362. I'm actually going to put together a decent HT. I'd like to do it all Polk, too. I know all about the SVS over Polk subs arguement. I'll be just fine with the Polk. My little JBL just an outstanding job in my current 2.1 set-up, so I know the 550 will be an upgrade over it and a lot less $$$ than a SVS. Though, one of the passive SVS at a pre-owned price might change my mind, seeing that i have an amp to drive it with.

Guys, I'll sort through this when I get back late this afternoon. My 17 year old cat, Mr Max appears to be on his last leg, and I've got to take him to get put down.

And I just got to meet Mr. Max this weekend. . . I'm really sorry to hear that, Russ. That's really tough, but at least you got 17 great years of companionship. . .which is more than most marriages these days.

    Sorry again, bro.

    Poor kitty. :(

I love cats and will not know what to do when Scout, our 14 1/2 year old leaves us. We've had her since she was seperated from her mother at about 4 weeks. She was small enough to fit in the palm of my hand and I had to feed her with an eyedropper for 2 months. She hasn't a clue she's a cat and acts like it, too. As of now, she's in pretty good health, but her nerves are getting a little shot with the dog, rabbitt and 2 young boys, so she's on anti-anxiety meds so her hair won't fall out.

Sorry to here about the cat. I had one that had several strokes I had to put down a couple of years ago.
The strange part was, for months afterward, I could swear I saw that orange furball out of the corner of my eye, only to remember he was gone.
The new kitty is a much different personality. Good news is I no longer see the phantom orange kitty. As nuts as it sounds, the wife says she had the same thing happen to her.
