...Of the Jm Lab/Focal Chorus 826V!

I saw them yesterday and loved the build quality and heard them today and now they are sitting pretty in my living room. This line is barely a month old. Jmlab which is now Focal is a french speaker company.
I am surprised what these things could do for a couple of grand. They use an inverted metal tweeter that does not display the harshness of typical metal speakers due to the aluminummagnesium alloy.

"this new tweeter benefits from all the latest Focal research. Harmonic distortion is divided by three at 1000Hz, by 6 at 500Hz: the sweetness of the reproduction in the medium is transformed. Also, we entirely ceased the use of ferro-fluid in the tweeter, as the new motor design improves the power handling: the dynamic behavior of the tweeter is improved with a rendering of details and an air in the extreme treble of the utmost quality."

The soundstage is expansive both vertically and horizontally. This speaker can also produce bass effortlessly and clean! it shocked me. for now Im still in awe, I will post pics soon!

Whoa whoa whoa... how come I never seen those before? I thought I heard most of the Focal line... I suppose I missed 1.

Congrats and post real pics of your setup if you have the time! Also post a review of the JMlabs vs your Polkies.

So many speakers.........so little time. Those look to be real nice speakers. Sit back and enjoy them.

I noticed it looks similar to the LSi15.... the panel on the side, the piano finish... the platform feet on the bottom. I noticed that JMLabs has the wood side-panelling that are found on the LSi series as well.... from the Utopias on down.
