The fans here in Philly are chomping at the bit waiting for Sunday. The sports radio talk shows here are going crazy, it's hilarious. The way we treated Santa & the Easter Bunny one year won't even come close to what's in store for T.O. Talk about a media frenzy, holy cow!!! But you have to give T.O. credit though, he sure know's how to keep the spotlight on himself. Till Sunday!!!

Yes he does know how to keep the spotlight on himself, such as a fake suicide scandal. He may need 24 hour security or he may not make the game.

Hmmm...Michael Irving, 3 SB rings....T.O., 0(hopefully, for the Boys, he will catch up a bit in the ring department while in his short stay in Dallas). Irving was nowhere near the distraction that T.O. is and was a great teammate...just ask Troy Aikman and Emmitt Smith. Admittedly, Irving did have his share of OFF FIELD/away from the locker room incidents, but it never seemed to affect the Boys. TO.'s are on-field and in the locker room incidents."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

T.O. was not the one vomiting at the end of the Super Bowl in which he played great for you guys. As long as Donovan McChoke is at the helm no Ring for you guys. I believe the Boys spanked that **** twice last year without T.O.

ouch....
I take it all stores will be unable to sell batteries for the rest of the week?I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore -

"You Guys" which part of Harry Heinz Blvd or Rt 635 in Dallas to you live in??? Oh that's right you live in New Jersey:o . . . what happend the Giants have a bad year somewhere? . . . go away band wagon jumper. You should listen to WIP and find out what real fans are like.
PS: You said twice: 21-20 does not a spanking make. Both loses were with an injured QB & and effd up TO. But let's see what happens Sunday before we start pounding our chests. -
You don't have to live in the city of your favorite team to be a fan, that's just silly."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

It does make things easier though.... nothign worse than being a fan of one team amongst a bunch of fans of another. If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

No you don't! but it seems to me that these types of fans are band wagon jumpers. When the 49ers were on top they were with them, the Cowboys, they were with them, etc etc etc, Now I must admit that I have been a suffering Eagles fan since 1960 (the year they beat Vince Lomardi for the World Championship) and was five years olds. But I live here and as much as they have disappointed me I never once jumped ship and went to another team, the term is loyal die hard. I take pride in that. Over the years I have had second favorites but never jumped ship. -
I grew up in Memphis, Tn and we didn't have a team in a convenient driving distance. I've been a Dallas fan for as long as I can remember and proudly wore my jersey every Sunday, even the year they went 1-15, so I wouldn't consider myself someone that jumped on any bandwagon. I also root for the Colts in the AFC, seeing that I live in close proximity and have been to over a dozen home games over the last few seasons. But if they were to meet in the SB, there'd be no doubt in who I'd be rooting for. It wouldn't really matter...Manning can't win the big game...never has and until he does, I'll say he probably never will.
Back on subject.....I'm no fan of T.O., but I have to deal with him for at least till the end of this season, most likely. So while he's there, I hope he will contribute and not distract from the team as much as he did in Philly."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,
CAUSE I SPEAK OF THE POMPITIOUS OF LOVE" -

I've been thinking of heading up that way to catch a game... since all the Bengals games are sold out.I never had it like this where I grew up. I wouldn't call you a "band wagon jumper." It seems to me you are a "loyal die hard."
We in Philly are very sensitive due to the incredible and consistant disappointment we've endured for sooooo long, so don't take my "band wagon jumper" label personally that is the way we view people who live here and root for Dallas. They jumped ship to go with a team whose had a great record over the years . . . but not lately. -
Being from Baltimore, you Eagles are near the bottom of my list. This Sunday, for one day, you'll be at the top as I hope and pray that someone takes out that jerkoff T.O.!
I wouldn't doubt for one moment that TO and McNab called each other and created some sort of "Bad Blood Feud" to leak to the press so the press coverage and TV ratings would be off the charts.
The press eats it up and falls for it every time.No excuses! -

It's funny you say the Baltimore / Eagles thing. I always loved the Colts with Johnny U. Boy, I never forgave Joe Nameth for that Super Bowl. However when they snuck the Colts out of Baltimore in the middle of the night to Indy. . . I was appalled (sp). If that can happen there it can happen here and as bad as the Eagles have been over the last 46 years (I'm 51) I still wouldn't want to loose them. I can't get the feeling for the Ravens that I had for the B. Colts.
I don't think Donavan would do that with T.O. . . .Andy Reid hates that stuff and he has a pretty tight reign on Donavan. -
The city of Filthadelphia deserves their football team, and their fans. Nothing like having to have a judge and courtroom RIGHT INSIDE THE STADIUM to process the rowdies. Let's throw d-cell batteries at Santa Claus! Nice touch. What a shithole.

Tell it like it is, G.G."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

It is a shithole, and I hope Dallas stomps Philly in short order.Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.
-
I have tickets for Sunday's game:D .
There is no judge and courtroom inside the new stadium. That was in the old Vet stadium which was closed in 2003. The Vet was very rowdy, usually a fight every game in my section with guys rolling down 3 rows of seats.
The New statium is much nicer and way less rowdy than the Vet...you can almost bring your family there. -
I'm dressing up as a doctor for this Sunday's game.
-
I was at the Linc for their first football game - it was a preseason, so not their "official" first game, but still. Really nice stadium. Can't say much for the fans though ....If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Spoken like a true NY sorry NJ Giant fan. . . yeah the meadow lands (garbags scowels and seagulls) are a great place to hail from. Get your facts straight the batteries were a diffent city there George.
However Filthadelphia is a fitting description I won't deny that. That's why I'm moving to Delaware. . . I'll still be a die hard Eagles fan. -
I don't know Joe, but I kinda remember a little bit of the snowball-and-battery launchings, and Santa abuse.
But that was after a long tailgate... -
Oh yea...almost forgot.
There is a new T.O. chant.
O.D....O.D..O.D..O.D..O.D... -
I have no favorite team there, so I don't speak like a true sorry any type of fan. I always get my facts straight, and the batteries were Filthadelphia, America's armpit.
I would root for ANY team that was playing against the Eagles, to include one made up of child molesters, third world dictators, and Al-Qaeda guys. There's just something about a bunch of loser Cro-Mags from a losing city.............LOSING.
GARBAGE SCOWS and seagulls. Garbags scowels and seagulls is a Filthadelphiaism I would imagine. -

Can't argue with any of that. Guess you're just a Philly hater.
