However, as kooky as that guy is, the funny thing is:
1) George Shin did oppose ice in the arena the Charlotte Hornets basketball team played in (that move later cost Charlotte an NHL franchise, which instead moved to Raleigh).
2) There actually were strange military maneuvers taking place in Charlotte a few years back. Pre-911 anti-terrorism stuff with scary drills and black helicopters flying too close to tall buildings. Was reported in great detail on the news and there were numerous public meetings regarding those activities.
Not to say that a black helicopter really was in this guy's back yard, but in previous incidents helicopters were one method of delivery for biological agents that were dispersed in urban areas.
My own city had the honor in paticipating (unknowingly) in one of many such cases.
Don't worry about catching some sort of STD, btw. The government conducts research of that nature in a more humane nature, ie, "hands on".
Give you syphilis, deny you treatment, and see what happens after, oh ....
..20 years or so.
