SPCA Donation thread - In honor of gshisme

As most probably know by now, long time member gshisme has passed away - see THIS thread.
His family has asked that donations be made to their local SPCA in lieu of flowers or gifts, so I thought it would be cool if we can all chip in a little and do a single larger donation from Club Polk.
It doesn't have to be much. Hell I'm not rich by any stretch, but I'm sure I can find a way to scrounge up $20 or $30 to throw in. Remember we're not just honiring their wishes, but also helping a good cause.
If you're interested, just post here and I'll contact you via PM for details. I figure let's leave this open until a week from Sunday, a week and a half should be enough time. If you'd rather your donation be confidential, just PM me and I'll keep it that way.
I'd also like to send a small note along with the donation, but my wordsmithing sucks, so if someone would volunteer to write up just a short note on behalf of Club Polk, that would be excellent.
I think that covers it.
EDIT: For those who are in, see THIS post
EDIT: Please see THIS update post
RIP Greg

How about this:
This donation is in memory of Gregory S Hart, and is contributed by the members of the Club Polk Internet Audio Forum. Gregory, or Gishme as he was known as on the forum, was a long time member and contributor to the forum. His presence and contributions to the forum will be missed by all. We are saddened by his passing, and the members of the forum wish to pass on their sympathy and best wishes to his family. Please accept this donation in Gregory's memory.
Not sure I got his name spelling and screen name right, so please correct that if I didn't. Doug.DKG999

OK, I've responded with a 'form' message via PM to everone who's explicitly said they're in. If you're in and don't have a PM from me, please let me know.
Once I've heard back from everyone, I'll post here how much Club Polk will be donating to the SPCA on behalf of Greg. Like I said, I'll keep this open until a week from Sunday, and get the donation sent that week. -

dude, I had no idea he passed.
the guy drove me my first pair of SDA's from PA all the way to my house. All I had to do was give him the money for the speakers and a beer. we hooked up my newly aquired SDA 2B's and listenned for a while and shot the ****. Cool guy.
he even threw in a pair of transparent wave 200 speaker cables in the deal now that I think of it. they still pull duty in the theater as we speak.
