There is something on my C: called Defender25 that I can not delete and when I run ad-aware and spy-bot they can not fix command service and look 2 me. I'm having a hard time to type this message because of all the pop ups. Any help will be very appreicated.

This should do the trick for you. Let me know.

    Download AlcanShorty_en.exe
    to your desktop

    http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/index.php?act=dscript&CODE=showdetails&f_id=13

double click the alcanShorty.exe file and follow prompts. It will make a folder on desktop called Alcan Shorty
Open the folder & double click the run.bat

This will download a file called BFU.exe and a BFU script. If your firewall asks for permission to connect then allow it

a message box will pop up saying complete. Press OK
    Then BFU.exe will open.

select the option to show log at completion

Execute the script by clicking the Execute button.
Note that you should see a progress bar while the script is being executed.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried what you said to do and it didn't work. I don't know if I even did it right or not, I'm not very good with computers. I did have a look at the Geeks to go site and they had step by step easy to follow instructions and I followed them and my computer seems to be working fine. Cheers to all the geeks out there. Before going to that site I ran scan after scan and the pop ups kept coming back, I wasted several hours over the last week trying to fix this mess. Thanks to eveyone who responded except for SCHWARCW. I'd put a Smiley Face here if I knew how.

Yes your suggestions were also helpful and Major Geeks was also a good site. It seemed like different programs would catch some spyware but nothing would get everything. I am really not very familar with any of those programs and not very good with the computer so I really need some easy to follow detailed steps that I could follow. Thank you very much for taking the time to responed to my post and help me.

Like i said ALL of the different antispy and antivirus programs have different blacklists.Which means they all look for different things. That is why you need more than one.You also must keep them updated with the latest definitions, because this crap is being created EVERY DAY!If you have any of the instant messenger services listed next to my handle then feel free to IM me.Or send me a private message and i will be happy to help you out.I have been where you are and had to largely learn all of this by myself.

    HATED IT!
