How can you trust ANYONE that owns 6 Barbra Streisand 8-tracks and 2 Engelbert Humperdinck 8-tracks, let alone not being able to spell either of their names properly?

Here's photo of conductor Arthur Fielder and Paul Klipsch with a Klipsch speaker that was being given to Mr. Fiedler as part of an advertising campaign.

... and, of course, later in life, he'd be shilling umm, I mean representing the hifi products of a (once) local Boston concern.
He inherited that mantle from no less a luminary than... Lester Lanin.

I can remember seeing him riding a firetruck in Boston parades, evidently he was an honorary member of a fire company. Anybody have his direct-to-disc recording?

The Lafayette RK-D50 was my first home cassette deck. I paid $50.00 or $75.00 used
when it was a couple of years old. It worked well for several years until I
upgraded to a Technics RS-M270X with dbx. It had a wired remote.
My brother still has it. Photos from the web.
