Not the same croc. The one you refer to was in the Philippines and was indeed measured to be around 21 feet. The one in the other photo is from Africa and while it is large and it is NOT PHOTOSHOPPED, it is a bit of photo trickery called forced perspective. The people are placed quite a ways behind the croc before the photo is taken making it appear much larger than it actually is. A couple of sites have estimated that is is probably closer to 14-15 feet long, which is about average for a croc in the area.

Here is one of the sites:

Gotcha. I may have done something similar at certain points in my life with some of the bass I have caught

This just leaked 1986 video by the Seattle Police Department was supposed to be an in-house training video, but was scrapped after it was deemed offensive. Why they ever kept a copy to be released almost 30 years later is beyond me, but it's amazingly offense and funny even if you don't live in Seattle...

Although it's cheesy, I can't blame them for making that, in-service training is usually extremely boring.

Any kind of training is usually boring. I still have my Primitive Pete handbook from the '60's. Dated, sure, and no longer PC, but I still have images of Pete with a file stuck in his hand cause he didn't put a handle on it before using it. I've seen some WWII pilot guides that show a drawing of a P51 strafing while side-slipping more than 45 degrees shooting his prop tips off. I like a little sick humor, it makes the point stick.

Remember the overhead night vision IR shots of the Boston marathon bomber hiding in the boat? We adopted his cat.
